• Customer service experience.
• Computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word Excell etc).
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Be willing to wear company uniforms.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have the ability to manage stressful situations in order to maintain good customer service.
• Be fluent in English and French. Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
